A good web application feels obvious to the people who use it: pages load fast, buttons do what they say, and nobody needs a manual. Getting to that kind of "obvious" takes deliberate engineering — and that is what we do.
We start every web project with a working session, not a proposal template. What does the app need to do on day one? Who logs in, and what do they see first? Which parts must never fail — payments, bookings, stock levels? The answers shape the data model and the architecture before any interface is drawn, because retrofitting structure into a finished app is where budgets go to die.
Our builds use React and TypeScript on the front end with Node.js and PostgreSQL behind them — the same stack running our own products. When search visibility matters, we render pages on the server so Google and AI assistants read complete HTML; this very website works that way, and our Ectto platform ranks its tool pages on exactly these principles. When you need rich interactivity — drag-and-drop boards, live dashboards, editors — we build that too, without sacrificing load times.
You will see the product early and often. We deploy a preview link in the first two weeks and update it continuously, so feedback happens on real screens instead of documents. Most misunderstandings in software projects come from waiting too long to look at the actual thing; we remove that risk by never letting the gap open.
Payment works the way everything at TechRadian works: through escrow-protected milestones. You fund the wallet, we ship against a written checklist, and money moves only when you have verified the work. For larger platforms, each milestone — design, core build, integrations, launch — releases separately, so neither side ever carries much risk.
After launch, you own everything: source code, database, and infrastructure under your own accounts. If you want us to stay on for improvements, our maintenance plans cover updates, monitoring and a feature roadmap — but that is your choice, never a lock-in.
Questions people ask us
Honestly: it depends on scope, which is why we quote fixed prices only after a scoping call. As a rough guide, a focused tool or dashboard often lands in the low thousands of dollars, while a full multi-tenant platform is a five-figure project. Every quote comes with a written deliverables checklist and escrow protection, so the price you agree is the price you pay.
A focused MVP typically takes 4–8 weeks. Larger platforms run 3–6 months, split into milestones so you approve and release payment stage by stage. We share a preview link within the first two weeks either way — you never wait months to see something real.
Yes, completely. Full source code, database schema, documentation and deployment configuration are on the delivery checklist, and infrastructure is set up under your own accounts. You can hand the project to any developer in the world the day after handover.
We build the technical side of ranking into every project: server-rendered HTML, correct metadata, structured data, sitemaps and fast Core Web Vitals. Ranking also depends on your content and authority over time — we are upfront about that — but your app will never be the thing holding rankings back. Our own Ectto tool pages earn organic traffic on these exact foundations.
Yes. Payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal and regional processors), WhatsApp Business, email services, accounting tools and internal systems via REST or GraphQL APIs are all routine integrations. Tell us what you use on the contact page and we will confirm feasibility in our first reply.
Small refinements are part of normal iteration and cost nothing. Genuine scope additions get written up with a price and timeline before we build them, added as a new checklist item — so the escrow agreement always matches reality and nobody gets surprised by an invoice.
Usually, yes. We start with a paid code review to map the codebase, dependencies and risks, then give you an honest read: continue, refactor, or rebuild. Sometimes the right answer is unglamorous, and we would rather tell you that than bill you for the wrong path.
